Removing the Sail Panel
2 - Remove upper seatbelt strap from interior side panel
3 - Remove 1 screw from side panel (located in door opening)
4 - Remove lower seatbelt strap from interior side panel
5 - Grab upper rear interior side panel (near back glass) and pull slightly outward
6 - Slip fingers under interior side panel
7 - Pull the interior side panel towards the front of the car until the upper section can be free from the plastic interior upper door trim
8 - Carefully remove the lower section of the interior side panel
9 - Once the interior side panel is removed, find the round hole in the metal side panel and remove 1 nut holding the front of the sail panel.
10 - From the exterior, gently pull the front of the sail panel outward and give it a brisk push backward. there are 2 clips on the back portion of the sail panel and this action will unclip them.
